We are a team of seasonal workers from Croatia. Between us, we have over 20 seasons across the Austrian Alps — Lech am Arlberg, St. Anton, Sölden, Obergurgl, Ischgl, Kitzbühel, Salzburg — and beyond.
We worked in kitchens chopping and plating until midnight. We carried luggage, cleaned rooms, mixed drinks, fixed boilers, and checked in guests from all over the world. We did it all — and we loved most of it.
But not everything.
We left hotels after three days because the room was nothing like what was described. We shared a bathroom with eight people when we were promised two. We worked for managers nobody warned us about. We found out in the last week of a season — over a beer with someone from another hotel down the road — that there was a place with brand new staff apartments, great food, and a brilliant team. Nobody told us. We had no way of knowing.
That moment stuck with us.
Because it kept happening. Every season, somewhere in Europe, a worker shows up and discovers the reality is very different from what they imagined. A hotel posts a text ad, a worker sends a message into a Facebook group, and everyone hopes for the best. There is no transparency. No photos of where you will actually sleep. No way to bring your partner or your friends and know you will all get hired together.
So we built SeasonHop.
The first platform that shows seasonal workers exactly where they will live — the bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen, the building — before they ever apply. Just like Airbnb changed how we see where we stay on holiday, SeasonHop changes how workers see where they will live and work for an entire season.
You can join as a squad with your partner, your best friend, or your whole crew — and hotels can hire you all directly as a team. No middlemen. No agencies. No guessing.
And for workers — it is 100% free. Always.
We built what we always wished existed. Welcome to SeasonHop.

Yes. Browsing jobs, chatting with hotels, and signing contracts through SeasonHop is completely free for seasonal workers. We’re paid by the hotels.
Hotels upload real photos of the actual rooms workers will sleep in — not marketing shots of guest suites. Our team spot-checks listings and flags anything generic.
